Something shifts
Not a theory. Something that lands — and that you can actually use. If it feels right, you leave with a small assignment: something to observe, try, or sit with before next time.

This works for almost anyone who has something specific on their mind — a situation, a pattern, a moment they can't quite explain. It works especially well if you're functioning well on the outside but something on the inside doesn't quite add up. It also tends to resonate with people who have a sense that joy is a legitimate compass — even if they've ignored it for a while.
The one exception: if you're in crisis or need ongoing clinical support, I'm not the right fit.

If I realize during our session that I'm not fully present — that I can't offer the quality you came for — I will refund you in full. I've structured my practice around this: I only work when I can give 100%.
What this isn't: a results guarantee. What happens in a session depends on both of us. Your willingness to look honestly at things is at least half of what makes this work. I can't promise a breakthrough. I can promise I'll bring everything I have.
To offer full quality, I can't move from person to person like an assembly line. Every client gets 100% of my attention and experience. That's what this price reflects — and what the guarantee is built on.
