Cancellation Policy

Your session time is exclusively reserved for you. Due to the limited availability of these in-depth consultations, we maintain the following policy to ensure fairness and commitment.

For You:  More than 48 hours before your session: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

Within 48 hours of your session, or for a no-show: The full session fee (€140) is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. This time has been held for you and cannot be offered to another client.

For Us: Should we need to cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

By securing your session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
