This is a 1:1 conversation where we take time to slow down and stay close to your experience — at a pace that feels right for you.

We pay attention to:

  • how thoughts, emotions, and meanings unfold

  • emerging tensions, shifts, or inner movements

There is no expectation to perform, justify, or “have it all figured out”.

You can share as much or as little as you like.
There is no pressure to solve anything — the focus is on presence, depth, and understanding.

🌿 About me

I am a German-born psychologist with a background in social and health psychology (Master’s, France) and a PhD in experimental psychology (Canada), where I studied how the brain processes the sense of self and decisions using EEG and fMRI research methods. Today, I work as a researcher in China, exploring how people experience emotions, change, tension, and inner conflict.

Alongside my academic work, I’m trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and humanistic approaches inspired by Carl Rogers. These influences shape the way I listen and accompany people in reflective and emotionally sensitive conversations.

I offer this session as a space to notice what is present inside — and to explore it with care, curiosity, and psychological depth.
